Return Policy (GONZO garbs)
Returns
- We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all original tags/packaging.

- Any item that shows signs of wear, washing, or damage not caused by us
Exchanges
- We offer exchanges for size (subject to stock availability). If the item is out of stock, we’ll issue a refund once the return is received and approved.
Return shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong item.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Original shipping fees (if any) are not refundable.
Damaged or incorrect items
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we’ll make it right.
